Superior Filtration Technology: The Micro String Blanket Media Filter utilizes advanced polypropylene fiber strings tightly woven into a blanket media, providing reliable filtration for suspended solids and effective turbidity reduction. Its 10-micron rating ensures consistent, high-quality output across various industrial processes, with a filtration efficiency reaching up to 99%.

Versatile Design for Varying Installations: Engineered to fit both horizontal and vertical systems, the filters cylindrical shape, flanged end connections, and molded end caps make installation straightforward in industrial setups. It accommodates a wide pH range (312) and tolerates temperatures up to 60C, making it versatile for diverse water treatment environments.

Efficient and Durable Construction: Manufactured with high-grade polypropylene fibers, this media filter is built for durability and optimal performance. Its lightweight design, coupled with an approximate 5 kg weight and secure sealing, allows for easy handling and reliable, long-term service, minimizing maintenance downtime for industrial users.

FAQs of Micro String Blanket Media Filters:

Q: How does the Micro String Blanket Media Filter work to remove suspended solids and control turbidity?

A: The filter uses densely wrapped micro polypropylene string fibers to trap particles as water passes through the 10-micron media. This mechanism efficiently captures suspended solids and reduces turbidity, ensuring clear water for industrial processes.

Q: What is the recommended process for installing the filter in an industrial system?

A: Installation is flexible and can be performed in both horizontal and vertical orientations. The filter connects securely via flanged ends, while molded end caps help prevent leaks. Its important to ensure alignment with the inlet and outlet diameters of 50 mm for optimal performance.

Q: When should the filter be replaced for continued optimal performance?

A: A replacement interval of every 6 to 12 months is recommended, depending on the quality of incoming water and the level of suspended solids present in the filtration process. Regular monitoring will help determine the best replacement schedule for your operation.

Q: Where can these filters be used within industrial applications?

A: The Micro String Blanket Media Filter is suitable for a range of industrial water treatment systems that require efficient removal of suspended solids and turbidity control, particularly in settings that operate with varying pH levels and temperatures up to 60C.

Q: What are the benefits of using polypropylene fiber in the filter media?

A: Polypropylene fiber provides robust chemical resistance, high mechanical strength, and a broad pH tolerance. This material choice ensures long service life, effective filtration, and minimal maintenance requirements for heavy-duty industrial environments.

Q: How does the filters efficiency compare with other media types?

A: With a filtration efficiency of up to 99% at a 10-micron pore size, the Micro String Blanket Media Filter offers superior performance compared to many conventional media types, providing clearer water and helping protect downstream equipment.
